If you are a Real Estate Negotiator or Senior Real Estate Negotiator or clients of SINJUN PROPERTIES – a Registered Estate Agency Firm under Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP/LPEPH), with registration number E(3)2077, you may input data which includes images/videos/content/article write-up/campaign about yourself, your clients and your agency agreements with your clients.
These are data we collect and we collect it for the purpose of keeping track of agency engagements and authorizations given to the firm – SINJUN PROPERTIES E(3)2077. This efforts of Paperless Online System is to help you to advertise yourself and register your dealings within the framework of laws, under a firm of registered estate agency practice using website of firm – sinjunproperties.com.

Ability to conduct E-Signing of the documents online is an option, along side the hard-copy forms available depending on the preference of clients.

Subscribers (direct owners/landlords) to the website can however, advertise their listings in sinjunproperties.com. Subscribers, however are not allowed to access sensitive information or private data in this website like that of RENs or Sr RENs.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data

These documents are not available to third parties but only to RENs/Sr RENs and principal of the firm. A copy of PDF or hard-copy will be given to clients as and when appropriate although clients have the right to request these documents when necessary. It will be erased when they are subsequently superseded by Tenancy Agreement/Sale and Purchase Agreement/Other legal documents.
If you have used sinjunproperties.com to advertise your listings, you may request that listing to be taken down, or deleted. However, the data/images/links you have created in the listing advertisement is property of sinjunproperties.com. In such case, the webmaster retains the rights to Publish/Not Publish or Take down or Delete the subject listing advertisement.
Where your data is sent
Your data is sent to the designated recipient only in the below three (3) conditions:
- Authorization Letter which needs to be E-Signed by yourself as appointing SINJUN PROPERTIES E(3)2077 to act.
- Agreement to Rent/Let/Purchase which needs to be E-Signed by Tenant(s)/Purchaser(s) as proposal to RENT/PURCHASE property(ies).
- Agreement to Rent/Let/Purchase which needs to be E-Signed by Landlord(s)/Vendor(s)/Owner(s) as acceptance of RENTAL/SALE & PURCHASE of a property(ies)
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
The Company collects information about its Users (‘User Information’) during the posting process, where Users are required to create a password before posting their listings and/or advertisements on the Site. A User will only be able to edit a listing or advertisement posted on the Site by keying in the designated password.
All User activities are logged. When the User requests pages from the Company’s servers, it automatically collects information about the User’s preferences, including the User’s Internet Protocol address.
The Company uses the User Information to help diagnose problems with its servers and to administer the Site. When necessary, the Company may provide User Information as provided by the User to the relevant enforcement authorities to assist in any investigation and/or in compliance with any law or regulation.
The Company uses cookies so that the User does not have to enter his or her login information each time they visit the Site.
